Thank you so much for writing back to me so quickly with the cooking instructions. I left early the following day on a trip, so didn’t have the time to try the recommended deep frying method. I did try the microwave method, and although I can see how it isn’t ideal, the flavors of the filling were great! I have a second batch in the oven right now, and will definitely try the deep frying method soon.


To make a long story longer, while in Virginia I visited my favorite restaurant which happens to be Cuban. My dad ordered the pressed sandwich, so I tried it. Needless to say, I called my husband and told him to pick up the Roadhouse Foods Mini Cuban sandwiches when he went to Costco the next day. They were great too!!!


I’d be happy to learn more about testing your products, etc. So far I’m sold on both products I’ve tried.

Heidi, we are a small company and appreciate your support. The Empanada cooking instructions are attached as you requested. The best way to cook them is a deep fry in veg oil. Preparation Instructions for Empanadas


Deep Fry: Step 1: Heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees in shallow frying pan.�


Step 2: Place frozen Empanadas in oil for 1 ? -2 minutes. They’ll splatter, so be careful!


Step 3: Serve warm.


Conventional Oven: (or toaster oven) set to 350 degrees. Place frozen Empanadas on baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook or they will burst. Serve warm.


Microwave: Place 6 Empanadas on plate and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until hot.
